Frequently Asked Questions

It is really important to invest in yourself and your relationships. Therapy is not cheap but it could cost you way more mentally, physically, financially, spiritually and relationally if you don’t move towards health. Doing the work IS the shortcut. Invest in your health!

The typical industry standard length of session is 50 minutes. Many clients find that 50 minutes isn’t long enough, especially if they are looking to get to, and heal the root of the problem more efficiently.  Clients will have the option to book 50, 75 or 90 minute sessions.

As of May 15, 2023, these are my rates that include GST:

                        50 minutes – $200

                        75 minutes – $250

                        90 minutes – $275

                       180 minutes – $550 (Couples/Family Intensive – by request)

No, I do not. I do, however, have a limited number of reduced-fee session slots available – priority will be given based on financial hardship.  Please contact me if you want to know more.

That depends on you. Some clients will get what they need in a few sessions while others need more. I am not a short-term therapist nor am I a long-term therapist. In order to heal from pain and to heal your system clients often use between 6 and 20 sessions—some less, some more.
You can ask to book a free 15-minute phone consultation to talk more about what to expect and get a better sense whether I am a good fit for you. Finding the therapist who is right for you is really important. If you don’t feel that things are going well just let me know! We can talk it through and make adjustments or I can refer you to someone else who may work out better.
